These Terms of Service govern the relationship between Billion Dollar Copywriting SARL, SIRET 91234567890123, 8 Rue de la Neuville, 59551 Attiches, France (the Studio), and any individual or entity placing an order (the Client). By placing an order or making payment, the Client accepts these terms in full.
The Studio provides professional copywriting services including website copy, sales pages, email marketing sequences, brand voice and strategy documents, content writing, and advertising copy. All services are delivered digitally. Physical delivery of any kind is not part of any service offering.
All orders are placed via the website or by direct arrangement with the Studio. Payment is required in full before work begins. Prices are quoted in Euros and inclusive of any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. The Studio reserves the right to decline any order at its discretion and to issue a full refund if an order is declined after payment.
Work begins after receipt of full payment and a completed project brief. The timeline quoted at checkout assumes the brief is received within 3 business days of payment. If the brief is delayed beyond 10 business days, the Studio reserves the right to reschedule the project to the next available slot. Credits purchased remain valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Revision entitlement depends on the package purchased. Bronze includes one revision round per deliverable. Silver, Gold, and Platinum include unlimited revision rounds against the original brief. A revision round means a single consolidated round of feedback, not iterative comments spread over multiple messages. Scope changes -- changes that alter the brief or add deliverables not originally specified -- are outside revision entitlement and will be requoted separately.
Upon receipt of full payment and delivery of the final approved copy, the Client receives full ownership and rights to use the delivered copy for any lawful purpose. The Studio retains the right to reference the project in its portfolio unless the Client requests confidentiality in writing before project start.
The Client agrees to provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for the project, to respond to questions within a reasonable timeframe (typically 3 business days), and to designate a single point of contact with authority to approve work. Delays caused by the Client do not affect the agreed payment schedule.
The Studio is not liable for business outcomes, revenue generated or lost, or third-party decisions based on the delivered copy. Total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount paid by the Client for the relevant project. The Studio is not liable for any consequential, indirect, or special damages.
These Terms are governed by French law. Any disputes not resolved amicably will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Nord department, France.
The Studio may update these Terms. Changes apply to new orders placed after the updated Terms are published. Existing orders are governed by the Terms in place at the time of payment.
