We take our work seriously and stand behind what we deliver. If there is a genuine problem with how we have handled your project, we want to resolve it. This policy sets out the circumstances under which a refund may be issued and the process for requesting one.
If you cancel your order before your completed brief has been received and work has begun, you are entitled to a full refund. To request a cancellation before work begins, email hello@billiondollarcopywriting.com with your order reference. We will process the refund within 5 business days.
Once the project brief has been received and work has started, we do not offer full refunds. We commit resource and time to your project from that point forward. If you are dissatisfied with the first draft, your revision entitlement under your package applies. We will continue revising against the original brief until you are satisfied or until the revision entitlement is exhausted.
In cases where a project has been partially completed and the Client wishes to terminate the engagement, we may at our discretion offer a partial refund based on the work remaining. Each case is assessed individually. Contact us directly to discuss.
Refunds are not available because copy did not perform as expected in market, because the Client changed their strategy or direction after briefing, because the Client was unable to provide the required brief information, or because the Client no longer needs the service after work has been delivered.
Credits expire 12 months from the date of purchase. Expired credits are not eligible for a refund. We recommend planning credit usage before purchase to avoid expiry.
Email hello@billiondollarcopywriting.com with your order reference and a clear description of the issue. We respond within 2 business days and aim to resolve all refund requests within 10 business days. Approved refunds are issued via Stripe to the original payment method.
