Brief & Discovery

You fill in our structured brief form. We follow up with questions. Most projects need a 30-minute call before writing starts. Others do not. We know the difference.

Research

We read your competitors, study your audience language, and review any existing copy before writing anything. Research is not optional. It is where the good copy comes from.

First Draft

You receive a structured draft with margin notes explaining the key decisions. Not just copy, but the reasoning. You review knowing exactly what you are reading and why.

Refine

One revision round for Bronze. Unlimited for Silver and above. We revise until it is right, within the scope of the original brief. Scope changes are requoted separately.

Deliver

Final copy in your preferred format. Google Doc, Word, plain text, or structured for your CMS. Post-delivery questions answered for 14 days at no charge.

How long does a project take?

Bronze (3 credits)5-7 business days standard, 2-3 days rush

Silver (6 credits)7-10 business days standard, 4-5 days rush

Gold (12 credits)10-14 business days standard, 5-7 days rush

Platinum (24 credits)14-21 business days standard, 7-10 days rush
