How does the credit system work?

Each credit corresponds to a set of deliverables. A 1-credit project is a single article or short-form piece. A 4-credit project is a full brand voice framework. You buy a credit pack and redeem credits for whichever services you need. Unused credits do not expire for 12 months.

Do you write in French as well as English?

Yes. We write in both languages and can adapt copy between the two. French adaptation is available as an add-on. If you need French as the primary language, mention it in the brief.

What is your turnaround time?

Standard delivery: 5 to 7 business days from brief sign-off. Priority delivery (Rush add-on): 2 to 3 business days. Enterprise and Gold packages include a 3-day standard turnaround. All timelines start from receipt of the completed brief.

What if the first draft misses the mark?

Revisions are part of the process. Bronze includes one round. Silver and above include unlimited revisions against the original brief. A missed draft usually means the brief was unclear, which is why we invest time in discovery upfront.

Can I use credits across multiple projects?

Yes. Credits do not need to be spent on a single project. You can use 2 credits now for a sales page and 3 credits later for an email sequence. The only rule is that credits expire 12 months from purchase.

Do you require a deposit?

No. Full payment via Stripe is required before work begins. For Platinum packages, we can discuss staged payments by prior arrangement. Contact us to discuss if needed.
